PayScale's 3rd annual user conference, Compference18 was bigger and better this year. A core team of leaders around the company met every two weeks to continually create and build a successful compensation event for HR leaders and executives around the country. Partnering with many vendors such as Dynamic Events for event planning and T3 and 11th Hour for all graphic printing needs. 
On September 19-20, 600 people joined us to learn more about how to build Pay Brand. Create trust and transparency from HR to managers to employees and how to level-up your organizations thinking of comp plans.
My role: Creative Direction, design and last-minute producer of live show, keynote. My role during Compference is never dull and I always expect to be placed where ever a creative eye is needed.
Assets: Keynote design and collaboration for Mike Metzger, CEO, Playbook, Expo Hall postcard, floor map and agenda brochure, badges, buttons, Expo Hall towers, wall clings and charging tables. Also a myriad of social media ads announcing speakers, moment-of quotes and general advertising.
